We offer three distinct packages:
Shahzadi, Rajkumari, and Maharani which will provide various services.

Everything from the invitations to the venue, the flower arrangements to the catering, and the make-up artist to the photography will be taken care of in an organized fashion. This will allow you to live the most auspicious moment in your life without any anxiety. We will also organize any event intergrated in your wedding including Garbas, Sangeets, Dohlki. Mendha, Parties, Engagement Parties, and Anniversaries. We select and coordinate with only the best and most reliable vendors in Columbus, Ohio and surrounding areas.

SHAHZADI

This is for the Bride who wants someone to oversee the ceremony and reception only. If you have done or want to do all the planning yourself, we will meet with you three months prior to your wedding to create your timeline and itinerary. We will assist you all day on the day of the Wedding.

RAJKUMARI

This is for the Bride who knows what she wants but needs help to make sure things are moving forward and getting done.
  • We will provide you with a vendor list of at least three vendors
    that meet your budget and requirements.
  • We will provide 10 hours of vendor meetings and 5 hours of either
    Rehersal or Mendhi function services.
  • We will meet with you three months prior to your Wedding
    to create your timeline and itinerary.
  • We will confirm all wedding vendors are on time and scheduled
    two weeks prior to your event.
  • We will assist you with your ceremony and wedding.
    You will have two people available all day on the day of the Wedding.

MAHARANI

This is for the bride who doesn't want to leave anything to chance and wants every aspect of the wedding "handled." Two coordinators will attend the entire event, from morning make-up to final farewells. This package has everything the first two offer plus more.
  • We will provide you with a Vendor list of at least three vendors
    that meet your budget and requirements.
  • We will provide 20 hours of vendor meetings
    (5 hours of either Rehersal or Mendhi funstion services.)
  • We will help you budget.
  • We will assist in Decor and theme selection.
  • We will help create a seating plan.
    (If you can think of it we help you make it happen.)
  • We will meet with you three months prior to the Wedding
    to create your itinerary and timeline.
  • We will confirm all wedding vendors are on time and scheduled
    two weeks prior to your event.
  • We will assist you with your ceremony and wedding.
    You will have two people available all day on the day of the Wedding.
  • Recommended for 150 or more Guests.
